Happy New Year Everyone and a big YO to ya!
Haven't seen AVATAR yet, but apparantly it's racked up a Billion in ticket sales world-wide, making it no. 5 in the highest grossing films of all time. And that was just for the first 2 weeks. Whew! We're going to see it in IMAX 3-D here soon... I'm a big fan of all the Cameron films, and according to a lot of you that I've heard from, this one is one to see. But you'll have to buy some books so I can take my family.. I understand IMAX tix are pricey ;-).
DAVID MORRELL'S "THE HUNDRED-YEAR CHRISTMAS" that we have published here at the Overlook has finally arrived and has been shipping to everyone. We have been swamped with the after holiday sale, and shipping this title. Then we ship the Under The Dome slipcases, so THANK YOU For bearing with us as we catch up with orders, e-mail, etc. We always have to catch up after the holidays, but this year we're busier than usual. UNDER THE DOME SLIPCASE - The printer is shipping the cases to us and we begin shipping next week. If you have not ordered a copy yet, hurry, as we have sold many of the what we've produced. This one has been a big hit and especially popular with the readers who purchased the Collector's Edition. This case can hold the "card box" in the Collector's Edition to protect your book set.
STAND SLIPCASES: The "new" art has been turned into the printer and now we're waiting on our samples to finish and approve. We'll keep you posted.
FALL OF GILEAD - Slipcase art has been received and we're working with the printer now on the comic and hardcover versions. Not ready to print yet, but I'll have updates on this in the next couple of weeks.
