The Hugo Awards were presented at the Hugo Award Ceremony on August 9th, 2009 at the the 67th Worldcon, held this year in in Montreal, Québec.
Neil Gaiman was awarded the Hugo Award for Best Novel for The Graveyard Book, published by HarperCollins, and available here at the Overlook:

Winning for Best Graphic Story was Kaja and Phil Foglio's Girl Genius Volume 8: Agatha Heterodyne and the Chapel of Bones (in Hardcover and trade paperback) published by Airship Entertainment.
