ORDERING TERMS:
PENDING: Your order has been received and waiting to be entered into our master system. If it's a pre-order for a future item, these are entered last so we can ship current instock items to customers immediately.
UPDATED / CUSTOMER COMMENT: Your order is listed as pending or in pre-order que (if you ordered early). You will receive an update when that the order is processing and has entered the shipping stage and you should receive your item shortly thereafter.
PRE-PARING PAYPAL: if our order states this, you still need to apply payment to this order to complete it. If you are paying by check/money order but hit the wrong payment button, just e-mail us and we'll note this in your account and get your order ready.
PRE-ORDERS: When you pre-order an item, we send it as soon as we receive it from the publisher. We do list the publishers release date on new items. Most items are received on or close to the publishers announced release. We cannot gaurantee that we'll receive it by the publishers release date as these dates can change. You will receive an update as we enter your order into the master system to gaurantee receipt of your order. This is the last notification you will receive. Your order is listed online (when you place orders at the website only) and you can always check your orders for reference. If you have any questions you can contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders and Pre-Orders if you decide to cancel at a later date, your order will be refunded minus the processing fee from the card company. We have no control over processing fees which are charged by the processors. These are not refunded to us or our customers. Thank you.

All Credit Cards are processed thru PayPal, a secure payment system. Most forms of credit cards are accepted including Am. Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

Checks & Money Orders are sent to:
PO Box 1934, Hiram, GA 30141. Checks need to clear before an order is sent. Money order payment orders are processed upon receipt.

We also accept checks thru PayPal and will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation that the check has cleared thru PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders and Pre-Orders if you decide to cancel after you have placed an order, your order will be refunded minus the processing fee from the card company. TRACKING ORDERS IN YOUR WEB ACCOUNT
All orders, when shipped, will feature a tracking number in your order comments when it is shipped. You will receive an update to your order when it is shipped, with the tracking number.
PASSWORD FORGOTTON
If you've forgotten the password to your account you can have a new password sent to you by visiting the Forgotten link underneath the SIGN IN column on any Overlook Page. The direct link is

You will be mailed a temporary password to enter your My Account area. Please enter the Password EXACTLY as it was mailed to you (upper case, lower case, etc. ) as this is the only way you can enter your My Account area. Once there you can change the password to what is easiest for you. Because your password is of a sensitive nature, no one at the Overlook can see your password. If you do not have access to your password for any reason, you can always have a new one mailed to you as described above.
BARGAIN BOOK ORDERS
All Bargains, Bargain Books, Grab Bags, Clearance and Free items are sold/given as is and are not refundable.
Bargain items are offered at a clearance price for this reason.
ITEMS / PUBLISHERS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DISCOUNT
Some items and publishers in our store are not available for discount. Some publishers we only carry on a as ordered basis, or the publisher discount is too small for us to offer a deal. Unless otherwised noted and waived for a sale, these items are unfortunately not available for discounts.

If there is no price on an item you can assume that this item is sold out. We try and keep our inventory updated, and we also try to list when items are sold out within the text. The "no price" listed should be a understood that it is out of stock. However you're welcome to ask us to double check stock..

HC - Hard Cover
TP - Trade paperback - Same size as hardcovers, but in paperback form.
PB - Mass market Paperback - a regular size paperback
LIM - Limited Edition
BOOK CONDITIONS:
AN – As New
F – Fine
VG – Very Good
G – Good
FR – Fair
P – Poor
EXAMPLE: VG / F = Very Good Cover / Fine Book.
RETURNS ?
We are a specialized bookstore that offers unique items in the genre of the fantastic. Many items we offer are not returnable because the manufacturers / publishers we offer are speccialized and they do not offer a return policy for their unique items.
Items are sold on a non-returnable basis unless there is a damaged shipment, and in that case we replace the item or give a refund if the item is not available.
If you've received a duplicate item, as in you were given a gift, etc., we would accept the return and you can have store credit. The customer pays for return postage / insurance / tracking and it has to be received in the same condition as we received, otherwise the item will be returned back to you.
